NDDOT Subcontractor Registration

Need Help?

Sign up for a Training Class

Thank you for your interest in registering as a subcontractor to work on NDDOT highway construction projects.

Subcontractor registrations expire on December 31st each year and must be renewed annually if you wish to continue working on NDDOT projects.

Subcontractor registration is for firms that are not interested in bidding on NDDOT projects as a prime contractor. If your firm is interested in bidding on work as a prime contractor, please click on start prequalification process. Prequalified contractors can work on NDDOT projects as a prime contractor and as a subcontractor. Therefore, subcontractor registration is not required for prequalified contractors.

If you have any questions or require additional information, feel free to contact the Construction Services Division via email at constructionservices@nd.gov or via phone at 701-328-2563. Technical support is also available here.
